Christopher A. Sajdera is a Senior Attorney resident in the firm’s Boca Raton Office.  As the director of the Litigation Department, Mr. Sajdera concentrates his diverse general litigation practice on construction, land use, and all facets of real estate related matters.

As a commercial litigator, Mr. Sajdera has experience defending clients or prosecuting cases involving contract disputes, construction defects and disputes, business torts, commercial real estate fraud, real estate disputes, covenants, and easements issues, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, and insurance disputes, among others.

Christopher also maintains an association litigation practice, in which he represents condominium and homeowners associations in construction defect litigation, insurance claim litigation, land use litigation, covenant enforcement and general corporate issues. Christopher also handles arbitrations and fair housing matters.

Prior to joining the Jay Steven Levine Law Group, Christopher was an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of a state-wide construction litigation firm, representing clients in construction and surety litigation.
