The Community Associations Institute – South Gulf Coast Chapter (CAI) will conduct its 16th Annual Conference & Trade Expo on Friday, Feb. 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Alico Arena, 10501 Florida Gulf Coast Blvd. S. The arena is on the grounds of Florida Gulf Coast University, which is off Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, one mile south of Alico Road. More than 90 exhibitors will provide services and information to community association managers, board of directors, and residents living within community associations.
