July 22, 2010 – The Jay Steven Levine Law Group, a Florida Community Association Lawyer, announced today that they are sponsoring a free seminar in conjunction with PuroClean of the Palm Beaches and Mack, Mack and Waltz Insurance Group, Inc. regarding hurricane and property damage as they relate to community associations. The seminar will be held in both Deerfield Beach and Jupiter, Florida.
The presenting experts in the legal, remediation and insurance fields, respectively, are:
Jay Steven Levine, Esq. of the Jay Steven Levine Law Group, a Florida Community Association law firm, will discuss hurricane preparedness, 2010 condominium casualty and insurance Florida statute amendments, insurance and reconstruction issues for all community associations, and borrowing of money to finance needed projects. Mr. Levine has over 30 years of legal expertise in the area of community association law.
Nathan Smith, President of PuroClean of the Palm Beaches will discuss contracting for property damage restoration, including water extraction and mold remediation, and the importance of having such a contract in place prior to the start of the hurricane season.
